"Risk" here is about how fast a losing run can grow your stake, not a promise about results. Any of these bots can lose money.

How to choose a bot

  • New to bots? Start with a contract that wins often and pays less, such as Under 7 or Even/Odd. Results swing less from trade to trade.
  • Small account? Avoid long martingale chains. A stake that doubles after every loss runs out of room quickly, so read our strategy guide first.
  • Want to see the logic? Every bot opens in the block editor. Nothing is hidden: you can read each condition before you run it.
  • Market speed: "(1s)" indices tick every second, so these bots trade faster than ones on standard indices. See volatility indices explained.

How to load a free Deriv bot

  1. Open TraderScheme and log in with your Deriv account.
  2. Switch to your demo account from the account menu.
  3. Open the Free Bots tab and press Load on the bot you want.
  4. Check the stake, take-profit and stop-loss blocks, then press Run.

The full walkthrough, with screens explained, is in how to load and run a Deriv bot.

Using bots safely

A trading bot is a set of rules that places trades for you. It removes emotion and keeps you consistent, but it does not know where the market will go. Deriv's synthetic indices are generated to behave randomly, so no digit pattern or tick count can tell you the next result for certain.

Before you run any bot: test it on a demo account first, set a stop-loss you can live with, and remember that a bot only follows rules. It cannot predict the market, and past results do not guarantee future ones.

Frequently asked questions

Are these Deriv bots really free?

Yes. All eight bots are free to load and run with your own Deriv account. TraderScheme does not charge a subscription.

Do I need to download XML files?

No. You load the bots directly inside TraderScheme. If you already have your own DBot XML file, you can also import it from your computer in the bot builder.

Which free Deriv bot is best?

There is no single best bot. Bots on high-probability contracts such as Under 7 or Even/Odd swing less, while Matches bots win rarely but pay more. Choose by how much risk you accept, and test on demo first.

Can I edit a free bot?

Yes. Every bot opens in the drag-and-drop bot builder, where you can change the stake, limits, market and logic and then save your own copy.

Do these bots guarantee profit?

No. No bot can guarantee profit. Trading derivatives carries a high risk of loss.
